A Message From Dr. Wootton, ND:

I am so excited to get back to the clinic and help you reach your health goals. 

 

While many things have changed due to the pandemic, my commitment to being there for you and having a safe environment has stayed the same.  To continue providing care in the safest way possible, you may notice some changes to our clinic procedures. To continue providing care, I have been able to offer virtual appointments as needed. However, I am excited to be able to resume in-person visits starting Tuesday June 9th 2020 for consultations, acupuncture, B-12 injections and IV appointments. Rest assured that virtual appointments will continue to be available as an option for all patients.

 

Our Clinics COVID-19 Safety Action Plan policies and procedures are included below for your review, so you can familiarize yourself with them, and be reassured that we are doing absolutely everything we can, to ensure everyone’s safety.

Mandatory pre-screening questionnaires will be required to be completed in advance of all in office visits. Patients who are positive pre-screening will be required to reschedule/stay home.
